Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
$50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full experience and treatment time reserved for you.
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on provider availability.

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure appointments. By booking, you authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees according to this policy.
